In this brief presentation, Maurice Hines will share how the renowned Zettlekasten note taking system can be applied by using some of the lesser used features of Zotero. He will first give an overview of the Zettlekasten Method, then highlight some of the less commonly used features in Zotero. Following that, he will explain how those features can be applied to efficient note taking techniques such as those espoused by the Zettlekasten Method.
Please note: The founder of the Zettlekasten Method, Niklas Luhmann, was a child and teen during the Nazi regime and was conscripted into the Luftwaffenhelfer at 15. Both LILi and the presenter denounce the practices and legacy of the Nazi regime and denounce antisemitism and hate in all forms.
